提交表單後，ZEP QUIZ 團隊與香港官方夥伴 mangoSTEEMS 會在 3-5 個工作天內完成資料審核。通過審核的老師將會收到電郵通知，並獲邀加入我們的香港官方 WhatsApp 交流群組，由專人協助開通 Pro 權限。

官方每年度都會評估全球大使的活躍度與社群影響力。只要您持續每個月積極提交優質的課堂實踐案例、短片或舉辦分享會，累積表現最優異的本地大使，將有機會獲得官方全額資助交通及住宿，受邀前往首爾參加大型韓國教育博覽會 (Korea Education Expo)！
官方贈送的 100 張「一星期Pro體驗券」可以如何使用？
大使會獲得專屬的體驗代碼或連結。您可以自由將這些體驗券發放給您的同事、科組老師，或是其他學校的同仁，讓他們也能免費體驗 ZEP QUIZ Pro 方案的 AI 出題與精美地圖。這能讓您輕鬆在校內及同行間建立 EdTech 領袖的專業形象！
舉辦線上/線下分享會，一定要對外公開或者邀請很多校外的老師嗎？
不需要。分享會的對象只要是教育工作者（校長、老師、IT支援人員）即可，不包含學生。您可以選擇在校內的「科組會議」或「教師發展日」向同科組的 10 位老師進行內部示範也可。
大使的每月任務會很繁重嗎？如果當月太忙沒時間申報怎麼辦？
我們非常理解香港老師的日常教學與行政工作極其繁忙，因此任務機制非常具彈性。您每個月只需從「貼文、影片、線上或線下活動」中，挑選最少「其中一項」完成並於月底提交連結即可。 (小提示：如果您連續兩個月未有提交任何活動申報，系統才會自動暫停您的大使資格與 Pro 方案權益喔！)

What are the application deadline and funding disbursement date?
The application deadline is February 28, 2026, and the funding is expected to be disbursed on June 30, 2026. The funding is valid until the end of the 2027/28 academic year. Schools are advised to plan ahead and allow ample time to prepare their applications.
What kind of AI tools can be purchased with the grant?
The programme encourages “AI for ALL subjects.” Through mangosteems, schools can procure a comprehensive suite of top-tier tools—like Wayground for all-subject prep, Classkick for real-time interaction, Zep Quiz for gamified assessment, and English Central for language mastery—perfectly fulfilling the grant’s requirements in one go.
